Background
Chelsea is passionate about working with youth (ages 11+) and their parents/caregivers to foster emotional resilience, communication skills, and adaptive coping skills. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes warmth, inclusivity and acceptance. Chelsea has worked for several years in both private practice and academic settings. Her aim is to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgemental space where the client can feel validated and empowered to bring about meaningful life changes.
Chelsea achieved a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Carleton University.
