DBT-informed Skills Groups Now Available

Online weekly ZOOM group sessions for 8 weeks

These 8-week DBT-informed Skills Groups teach concrete strategies to help participants manage stress, anxiety and build self confidence.

 

Participants will learn skills informed by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. The group facilitators promote a welcoming, inclusive environment and will teach through verbal instruction, video presentations and group discussions. Participants are encouraged to contribute within the group based on their individual level of comfort.
