Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She aims to support and encourage clients towards self-discovery and positive change through the development of a warm and non-judgemental relationship, by providing a safe space to share, and through empathic listening.
Sarah has 3+ years of experience in crisis management and is ASIST (suicide prevention) certified. Sarah is also a passionate mental health awareness advocate.
