Background

Kelly aims to create a warm and non-judgmental space to help client's deepen their self-understanding and to work towards their personal goals. She believes that it is essential to build a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship, where an individual feels seen and understood. Kelly works with her clients to increase their self-awareness through deep understanding of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours as well as to explore lived experiences from new angles in order recognize unhelpful patterns. Using this increased self-awareness, self-understanding and pattern recognition, Kelly helps her clients to develop the coping strategies they require to navigate life challenges and to foster personal development.
