Amanda is trained in various evidence-based frameworks such as Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Brief Solution- Focused Therapy, and is interested in 'third wave' approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
