Jessica has provided mental health services to youth and adults for over 10 years.


Jessica completed a Masters of Education in Educational Counselling in 2012, following an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology in 2010.


Jessica is fully bilingual, offering therapy to adolescents and adults, in both English and French.

Therapeutic Style

Jessica's approach to therapy is to provide a collaborative, compassionate and non-judgemental environment that fosters self-awareness and growth. While drawing on various evidence-based therapeutic methods, she matches strategies with individual client needs and goals. More specifically, she adopts a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy framework, as well as inspires from other approaches, including Narrative Therapy.
