Sasha is committed to creating a safe space for clients to explore their innate capacity for growth, healing, and change. 

Background

Sasha received her B.A (Honours) in Religious Studies and Linguistics from Ottawa University in 2009 and Masters of Psychotherapy, Counselling, and Spirituality from Saint-Paul’s University in 2022.  

Sasha retains compassion and curiosity for everyone she meets and understands peoples' struggles through varying socio-cultural narratives. It takes immense courage to reach out for support to deepen one’s personal growth. It is her intention to support you in finding hope and healing at any stage of life.

Therapeutic Style

Sasha is largely guided by Somatic, Mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment and Trauma-Informed care. She understands that not one approach fits all, and draws from a range of modalities to curate treatment according to your needs.

Above all, she values and encourages your input, while still guiding and structuring sessions as needed.
