M.A.C.P.,  R.P. (Qualifying)

REgistered Psychotherapist

Selena brings a gentle and understanding approach to her therapy sessions with clients. Her non-judgemental and encouraging presence allows clients to explore their feelings in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.  While she uses an integrative approach, Selena’s work as a therapist is enhanced by her specific training in Emotion Focused Therapy-an evidence-based treatment designed to help people enhance their emotional connections with themselves and others. In addition to her work as an individual and couple’s therapist, Selena is particularly passionate about working with persons seeking support for postpartum and parenting challenges.

When she is not dedicating time to her work as a therapist, Selena prioritizes her own relationships, especially with her family. She also focuses on regular self-care practices like meditation, yoga, weight training, journaling, reading, and immersing herself in new cultures through travel.

Selena provides Emotionally Focussed Therapy to Couples, Parents and individuals experiencing Postpartum issues. She also provides Individual Therapy to Youth (13+) and Individual Therapy to Adults.

Selena’s therapy is available in an online (Audio/Visual) format only.
