Caitlin brings her exceptional skills in communication and leadership from previous professional roles to her work as a psychotherapist. Caitlin's sincere, grounded and non-judgemental therapeutic presence allows clients to feel both supported and at ease while promoting a genuine therapeutic alliance rooted in trust. Caitlin cares deeply about helping clients build resilience because 'life is hard' and everyone needs the tools and guidance to navigate it with strength and self-compassion. Caitlin is passionate about the power of connection and helping clients to feel truly safe and seen in her collaborative work with them. She is interested in how past experiences shape behaviours and beliefs and how; with awareness and support, people can reclaim a sense of control and live more meaningful, fulfilling lives. Caitlin is a generous person who holds space for family, friends and volunteer work in the community when she is not serving others through her therapy practice. She is also an advocate for self-care and replenishes her energy through being in nature, reading, cooking, and participating in group wellness/fitness activities.
Caitlin provides individual therapy to youth and adults (age 16+). She also co-facilitates Youth and Young Adult Dialectical and Behavioural Therapy (DBT) informed groups with COPE Well Groups.
Background
Caitlin brings a unique blend of experience to her practice. Having spent years in customer service and management, she developed a keen interest and understanding of human behaviour and interpersonal dynamics. Caitlin's passion for the intricacies of the human mind and the complexities of emotional well-being paired with the desire to help others has led her to pursue a career in psychotherapy. Caitlin's experiences have taught her how to connect with many different types of people, to support others in reaching their goals, to read situations quickly, and to meet a wide range of needs with empathy and flexibility.

Caitlin completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She has been providing individual therapy and facilitating Dialectical and Behavioural Group Therapy. Caitlin brings a strong understanding of emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness skills to both the individual and group therapeutic settings.
